SaaS lead generation
SaaS lead generation without a sales team.
SaaS founders usually have three options: wait six months for content marketing to compound, buy contact lists that nobody answers, or go and answer the questions their buyers are already asking in public. Peitho is built for the third one — it finds those conversations, ranks them by buying intent, and drafts the reply.
The slow way and the fast way
Content marketing works, and it takes months before it produces anything. Paid acquisition works, and it stops the moment you stop paying. Both have their place. What neither does is put you into a conversation that is happening today, where somebody has described a problem your product solves and is waiting for an answer. That conversation is the shortest path from interest to a trial.
Where SaaS buyers ask questions
The pattern is remarkably consistent: a practitioner describes a workflow problem in a subreddit, a Discord for their stack, an X thread, Hacker News, or a niche forum for their industry. Occasionally the ask is explicit — a request for a tool that does a specific thing. More often it is a complaint that happens to have your product's shape. Peitho reads for the second kind as well as the first.
- A question about a workflow is a stronger signal than a mention of a category
- A complaint about a competitor is a churn signal, and it is tracked separately
- Business registries cover the B2B half, for reaching companies rather than individuals
Qualifying a thread before you answer it
Not every matching thread is worth a reply. Peitho scores each lead on recency, keyword relevance, existing engagement, and a model's read of whether the author actually wants a solution. It also checks the community's rules — a subreddit that bans self-promotion is skipped entirely, before a draft is written. The score and its reasoning are shown on the lead.
- Recency, relevance and engagement are weighted and individually visible
- Undated content scores neutrally instead of looking brand new
- Intent assessment is a separate signal, not a replacement for the rules
From reply to trial
The reply is written for the context: value first, the product mentioned only where it genuinely fits, and no hard sell. Links can carry UTM tags, so you can tell which community and which platform produced clicks rather than guessing. Replies come back into a single inbox classified by sentiment, and you can draft a response without leaving it.
- Every draft is editable, and nothing is posted without approval
- Per-platform metrics show which channel earned the reply
- Once you have posting history, suggestions cite the numbers behind them
What this replaces, and what it does not
It replaces the manual search for conversations and the blank-page drafting. It does not replace your product narrative, your pricing, or your judgement about whether a given thread is worth answering. It also will not send cold sequences or bulk identical emails — company outreach is drafted one at a time and sent by you, and the tool keeps an unsubscribe list and requires a postal address before an organisation can send at all.
Common questions
- Do I need a sales team for this to work?
- No — that is the point. The qualification is automated and the approval is one decision per draft, so a founder can run it alongside building. Teams can use it too, with separate roles for editing and approving.
- How is this different from a cold outreach tool?
- Cold outreach contacts people who have not asked for anything. This answers people who have publicly described a problem. The deliverable is a useful reply in an existing thread, not a sequence into an inbox.
- Which sources produce B2B leads?
- Conversation discovery covers Reddit, X, Discord, Hacker News, independent forums, feeds and YouTube. Company leads come from national business registries across eight countries and global coverage of 232 jurisdictions, plus map data for local businesses.
- Can I see which channel actually produced interest?
- Yes. Published links carry UTM tags keyed to the platform and campaign, metrics are broken down per platform, and once there is enough history the optimisation pass reports which platform, community, time of day and tone earned the reply.
